Do you hear the sound?

You cannot move your body,

But your soul dances,

Your ears are tearing,

But the tears don’t fall,

You are not at all sad,

You are happier that you have ever been in a long time.

 

The lyrics are the words you long to hear,

The melody is the hand that touches you,

The beat is the foot fall that reminds you that you’re not alone,

The voices are the soft cushions you can lay your heart on,

The crescendo brings those tears of Joy.

Sit back and reminisce as the song fades,

See that place you need to go,

There is a message there if you are listening,

There is a solution there if you are searching,

There is a voice speaking if you are hearing.

 

Everything you won’t allow yourself to say,

Everything you won’t allow yourself to think,

Everything you won’t allow yourself to feel,

Everything you won’t allow yourself to be,

You are in that moment escaping the cage of you into your destiny.

 

Inspiring,

Uplifting,

Freeing,

Soaring,
