Where do you draw the line between living and existing?

There is a line you know,

I can tell you where,

The mid-point

The point between the positive and negative.

A place where you are not pulled to either side,

The point of zero-gravity

It’s easy enough to get to,

Needless to say the way back is something else

The absolute and total weight,

That balances out both sides,

The taught tension,

That holds the reigns of this side and that.

It is heavy, too heavy,

It is hard, too hard,

It is numb……

Too numb.
